Where we deliver

Each order is cooked and delivered by one of our outlets: Barrackpore, Sodepur or Serampore. The outlet is chosen by your area and the pin you set on the map at checkout. Each outlet delivers within its own distance: a few kilometres around each outlet. If no outlet reaches you, you can still order takeaway.

Charges and minimum order

Minimum order for delivery: ₹249 (item total).
Delivery fee: ₹40, free when the item total after discount is ₹699 or more.
Packing: ₹20 per order. GST at 5% is added to the bill as shown at checkout.

The bill at checkout is the amount you pay. Nothing is added at the door.

Delivery time

We show an estimated time when you order and update it once the outlet accepts. Most deliveries arrive within 30 to 45 minutes; heavy rain, festivals and peak hours can add time. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

Who delivers

Your food is brought by the outlet's own rider or by a delivery partner such as Rapido or Porter. The tracking page shows the rider's name and number, and a live map while they're on the way.

Paying at the door

Pay by UPI or cash when the food arrives. If an earlier delivery to your number was refused or couldn't reach you, cash on delivery may not be offered for your next orders; UPI on delivery still is.

If we can't complete a delivery

Please keep your phone reachable and set the map pin at your gate. If the rider can't reach you or the address can't be found after calling, the order may be returned to the outlet. Repeated refused or fake orders from a number can be blocked.

Takeaway

Choose takeaway to collect from the outlet. Pick "as soon as it's ready" or a time later today; the tracking page tells you when it's ready. Show your order number at the counter and pay by UPI or cash. Please collect within 30 minutes of the ready time so the food is at its best.
