Terms of use
The terms for ordering and booking on punjabrestaurant.in. Please read them before you order.
Who we are
This website is run by Punjab Restaurant for the Punjab Restaurant outlets in Barrackpore, Sodepur and Serampore, West Bengal. Each order is prepared and sold by the outlet shown on your order.
Orders
- An order is confirmed when the outlet accepts it. Until then the outlet may decline it, for example if a dish has run out.
- Give a name, a mobile number you can be reached on and, for delivery, an accurate address and map pin. Website orders without a verified number may get a confirmation call before cooking.
- Fake, prank or repeatedly refused orders can lead to a number being blocked from ordering or from paying cash on delivery.
Prices and bills
Prices are in Indian rupees and are set by each outlet, so the same dish can cost a little more or less at another outlet. Menu prices don't include GST; GST, packing and any delivery fee are shown in the bill before you place the order. The direct-order discount, when offered, is applied in the bill.
Food, allergies and photos
Our kitchens handle dairy, nuts, gluten, egg, fish and meat. If you have an allergy, call the outlet before ordering; we can't guarantee a dish is free of traces. Photos show the dish as we serve it; some dishes are shown with a drawing until we photograph them. Portions and garnish can vary a little.
Delivery and takeaway
See the delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates.
Cancellations and refunds
See cancellations and refunds.
Table bookings
A booking is a request until the outlet confirms it. Please arrive on time; the outlet may give the table to other guests if you are more than 15 minutes late without calling.
Using this website
Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security or place orders in someone else's name. We may change the menu, prices and these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to that order.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in West Bengal have jurisdiction.
