Delete your account and data
For the Punjab Restaurant app and punjabrestaurant.in. Delete it yourself in the app, or ask us here.
In the app
Open the Punjab Restaurant app, tap Account, then Delete my account at the bottom, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Don't have the app any more, or can't sign in? Send us the number you use. We call or WhatsApp that number to check it's you, then delete everything below within 7 days.
What we delete
- Your sign-in and profile (name and mobile number)
- Saved delivery addresses and map pins
- Table bookings
- Notification settings for your phone
What we keep, and why
- Past orders, without your details. The outlet must keep its bills for tax law (usually six to eight years), so the dishes, amounts and dates stay. Your name, number, address and notes are removed from them.
- Orders refused at the door. If a delivery to your number was refused or you couldn't be reached, that order keeps the number so cash-on-delivery limits still apply. This stops fake orders.
